Fair Haven’s primary goal is to improve an unbearable situation for families entering any of our programs.

 

 When families enter Fair Haven Women’s Shelter, they often come with only the clothes on their backs. There is no time to pack a bag with belongings in an emergency escape.

As each family enters our shelter, they are each welcomed with a basket of hygiene products, linens, and pajamas. In addition, each child receives a stuffed animal. If a pet enters the shelter with a family, they are treated to our pet palace, fed, and provided with a toy and a leash.
